What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
The free tier (Quick-Build) lets you build one cabinet at a time with the full calculation engine, sheet and linear layouts, and the 3D preview. It’s ad-supported, and you can export a single build’s cut list and cut sheets with a one-time $0.99 unlock.
CabCuts Pro ($4.99/month, with a 1-month free trial) unlocks multi-cabinet projects — whole kitchens — plus saved projects, project-wide materials with per-cabinet overrides, unlimited ad-free PDF exports, and cloud backup and sync across your devices. See pricing for the full comparison.
How do I export a cut list or cut sheets?
Open a project and go to Materials Required, then choose export. Pro subscribers get unlimited, ad-free exports of the full cut list and sheet diagrams as a PDF. On the free tier you can unlock export for the current build with the one-time in-app purchase.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the app store you purchased from:
- iPhone / iPad: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap CabCuts, then change or cancel. You can also open the App Store, tap your profile photo, and choose Subscriptions.
- Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select CabCuts, then manage or cancel.
Canceling turns off future auto-renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app. Your subscription is verified with the store and your Pro access is restored. If you used cloud backup, your saved projects sync back once you sign in.
How do I delete my data or account?
Your projects are stored on your device and are removed if you delete them in the app or uninstall it. If you used cloud backup and want your account and cloud data deleted, email support@kerfandco.com and we’ll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Does CabCuts work offline? Can I use millimeters?
Yes — CabCuts is built to work offline; you don’t need an account or a connection to build a cabinet and get its cut list. And every reveal, clearance, and result is computed in your chosen unit. You can switch a whole project between inches and millimeters in one tap.
How accurate are the cut lists?
CabCuts calculates parts from the dimensions and options you enter, using researched allowances for reveals, clearances, and drawer-slide geometry. It’s a strong planning aid — but always verify measurements against your actual materials and hardware before cutting. See section 10 of our Terms of Use.
