Delete your account

Permanently delete your CabCuts account and everything backed up to the cloud. You can also do this in the app — Account → Delete Account.

Request deletion

Enter your Account ID from the app. Deletion completes after a 30-day grace period, and you can cancel any time before then by opening the app.

Find it in the app under Account (tap to copy). It looks like a1b2c3d4-….

Deletion scheduled. If that Account ID matches an account, it’s scheduled for permanent deletion in about 30 days. To cancel, open the CabCuts app and go to Account — you’ll see a “deletion scheduled” banner with a Cancel button.
  • Deletes your cloud account, all cloud-backed projects, and your subscription records on our servers.
  • Projects saved only on your device stay on your device — delete them in the app or uninstall to remove those.
  • This does not cancel billing. Cancel your subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges — deleting your account does not refund or cancel it.

Can’t find your Account ID? If you still have the app, delete your account directly in Account → Delete Account. If you’ve uninstalled and can’t retrieve your ID, email support@kerfandco.com from the address you used and we’ll verify and delete it for you.
